We use Square for all purchases.
Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo; as wells as Square Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, and Google Pay.
Amaravati strives to fulfill orders within two business days; if circumstances prevent that, we will be in touch with you directly to keep you updated.
We ship via USPS to US, Canada, and Mexico. Perfume must be shipped by Ground and cannot by shipped by air because of the alcohol content. We cannot ship perfume internationally because of various regulations.
Cancellations must be made prior to shipment. If you need to cancel your order after it ships, a refund ticket must be submitted and processed.
Verify that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order; your order fulfillment may be delayed if your shipping label has to be corrected manually.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items may be eligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds and exchanges can be done under certain conditions:
- You have a period of 14 days from date of receipt of the product to return your product (s). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days from receipt. Receipt will be documented as delivery by the carrier.
- Amaravati reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items are used or not in the same condition and packaging as shipped.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping fees. Delivery costs are not refundable.
